All services must be paid in full before day of services.

Appointments will not be made and held without prepayment.

24-hour notice must be given if an appointment needs to be rescheduled. Appointments may be rescheduled once. There will not be any refunds for services.

Services are held at the utmost profession standard. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Appointments will start on time whether you have arrived or not.

You will be asked to turn off your phone while the session is being held.

No one else may sit in during your session. If you bring someone with you, they will be asked to sit downstairs in the main lobby.
